Job coaching provides on the job training to ensure successful, long-term employment, and employer support, as needed. Jennifer Jagger provides clerical assistance and office support. Employment Specialists, Sandy Roberts & Billie Ison, provide customized support through skills assessment, resume writing, interview techniques, job placement, job training and assistance, and ongoing consultation. Christina West directly supervises the Pathfinder Resource Connection staff as she coordinates all of the services offered at Resource Connection. Benefit Counseling provides customized benefits counseling. This includes providing a personal benefit analysis, which considers the impact of employment on benefits while maximizing an individual's employment potential. |
