PERSON CENTER PROFILING w Identify strengths, skills, abilities, and weaknesses of the individual w Identify likes and dislikes to match the individual to an appropriate job w Identify personal and work history
SKILLS ASSESSMENT w Screen the individual for skills appropriate to job applied for w Ensure individual is trained and prepared for job w Ensure individual has proof of performance before hired by employer
