Our business partners understand that each person receiving assistance is going through a major life-changing process that needs a personalized support plan for the person’s life aspirations.

Resource Connection, the employment division of Pathfinder Services Inc. provides services in four counties in Northeast Indiana: Huntington, Noble, Wabash and Whitley. Resource Connection helps these individuals find jobs in the community.

Job Skills Training

Resource Connection will recommend training to increase existing skills or gain new skills to obtain or advance employment. Some training may include training in Microsoft Word, Excel, basic keyboarding or other computer applications.

Job Retention

Resource Connection has at least one staff person assigned to each county we serve to provide assistance to our clients in job placement.
